Reviewed by: Jonathan from on Jul 13 2009 Why did I stay here! The check in was very cold and uncaring. I waited in the cigar bar for 20 minuets after telling 2 employees I was there. No one ever came to wait on me. Went into the Leopard lounge and the service was good.

Contributor from on Dec 08 2006 Very nice but a bit stuck up I would blame this on Plam Beach in General unlike other areas that I have visited that are upscale in the extreme Plam Beach seemed very snobbish. I'm sure that too the staff we were regular people, but the guests looked at us as if we were quaint.
