I stayed at the Park Inn in November 2007 and while, at the time, I thought the place was great (lovely room, central location, nice food etc.) I received horrible service from them on my departure and during check in. I was not informed that £200 from my bank account was being held in suspense by them during my stay when I checked in, and once I checked out and realised this money was missing I had to fight to get it returned to my account and the staff were nothing but cheeky to me. I wrote to the manager to complain and only received a reply after sending a SECOND complaint letter about the entire issue (subsequently, the "compensation" offered for having two hundred pounds taken from my account without permission was a paltry upgrade to a suite should I ever stay with them again - nevermind that their regular rooms cost £109 a night!)

We loved the rooms, food was good too, ease of parking and proximity to town centre, just right! Went to a concert last year and am returning today for a week-end break!

I absolutely LOVED this place, the people were nice, food was great,rooms were just to my taste. I recommend this place to everyone!?!? : )

I love this hotel it is close to the bus station and the shops.

did not like smell of stale beer, cigarette smoke, few staff on duty, went on reptutation, which is good, undeservedly so

We have recently returned from a Concert in Glasgow. We stayed at Langs for the weekend and were very impressed with the Hotel and the staff.
