Back to Blind Tiger Pub Chef has a piss poor attitude. I went there last week, my server was great. The chef tried to make her look bad every chance he got, I even heard him call her stupid. Another server asked a question and he threw something. I don't know where any manager was to stop this. The food was good but I will never go back.
Reviewed by: Anthony from on Mar 14 2009 Tempermental chef with a bad attitude I went there for lunch with two other people because we had always enjoyed their hamburgers. We were seated in clear view of the grill. We made a couple of special requests, like no bun and substitute side salad for fries, and the chef got irritated. The chef proceeded to throw dishes and pots and pans around in the grill area, smoked up the grill so badly when cooking the hamburgers that another employee was inquiring if the fan over the grill was working because the entire restaurant was full of smoke. They even had to open the doors to let the smoke out. He was obviously perturbed and showed his displeasure to everyone in the restaurant. The hamburger was raw, and had to be sent back to the kitchen for further cooking, and that made the chef angry too. The hamburgers used to be hand made, and are now frozen out of a box. I certainly won't waste $9.00 on frozen food and a chef with a bad attitude again. Wait staff were embarrassed and attentive. I felt sorry for the wait staff that they had to put up with such childish behavior. I have always liked this restaurant, but I won't pay to be subjected to the chef's bad attitude again. My suggestion.... Fire the cook.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 22 2006 I'll never go back. They mischarged my tab and when i asked to speak to the manager, the bartender told me they were the manager and i was lying. Another co-worker then told me to just sign my tab and take it up with my credit card company. I will never go to the Blind Tiger again and encourage you to stay away as well.
