We purchased tickets at the whaling museum where we spent a whole morning among the fascinating exhibits and spent the rest of the week going around the various historical sites. The tickets were great value for money, and the guided tours were very entertaining and educational. I now know what 'sleep tight' means and also the origins of 'dead as a door nail'. The guides were very pleasant and informative and obviously passionately interested in their subjects.
