Over and above!
This place was fabulous. Reasonably priced, the staff were incredibly friendly and obliging and the location was easy walking distance to all of historic Savannah.

Charming and quiet home base for a trip
We stayed here for three nights on the first leg of our vacation. It was a wonderful little place. We had a pretty good sized room that overlooked a central courtyard with a fountain. This is an old house that really puts you back in the spirit of the early days of Savannah. They serve breakfast in the courtyard in the morning and they server wine, pastries, and snacks in the sitting room in the evening.

Elegant and Friendly
We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. The room was large and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood quiet. The wine and cheese and evening desserts were a nice plus and a nice way to talk with other guests.

very nice
My Fiance and I travel to Savannah once a year and decided to give this place a try. We were impressed by the cleanliness and set up of the rooms (We stayed in the carriage house). We were also impressed with the breakfast, wine and cheese and evening dessert. The one thing I would say is that if you are looking for a real down home bed and breakfast feel...this may not be the place to stay. The bellman was very nice but the inn keeper made us seem more like an inconvenience. We were probably the youngest guests that weekend, but we found that we were not treated the same as some of the others...It was a very romantic place (he actually proposed that weekend). And I would stay again, but if you are looking for that personal attention, you may want to consider staying somewhere else.

Nice Inn
Great older home, with an Inn feeling, not a chessy B&B. Breakfast room was nice, good food. Wonderful staff, out of this world, making arrangements for food and tours. Location in garden district was lovely. Air conditioner a must in summer. I would return.

OUTSTANDING
Not only was the B&B outstanding the people were so friendly. I would go there every summer if I could.
