Three strikes and we are out!
We had been back twice since the restaurant reopened, and the previous two times were not up to the original standard. We decided to give it one more chance. That was our loss. We were "scolded" by the hostess for moving to another table, (the table we were sitting at was blowing cold air on us).

Pleasing tourists is not key here
This place came highly recommended by the top hotel in Toronto for a family of 4 from Boston on 10/27/2007. The receptionist took us to a small table and when asked to be seated at a bigger table she developed an attitude saying they were for reservations(we had reservations!!!). We asked for 3 mai tai's to start and what came were three glasses of orange juice. The bar man made it his business to bring back the drinks as is and explained he used the right recipe and then left the drinks right there! So we had water for the rest of the night. The fabulous waiter was the only bright spot and he deserves a medal for working at such a place. We tipped him big time.

Not The Same
WE USED TO GO QUITE OFTEN BEFORE IT CLOSED FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS.. I THINK IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO RETURN TO ITS FORMER GLORY. THE STAFF WAS LOST.

had the best experience there!
I recently went there for a casual friday night dinner with some friends, and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The food was excellent and fairly priced, the waiter was very attentive, and nice. The ambiance was great! I will surely be going back there soon!
