Turquoise Cottage is an acquired taste. No shrieking women in hot pants and no hulk showing off in his body-hugging shirt. The crowd includes grown-ups after work, groups of friends who chat incessantly, couples who dance as if there's no tomorrow, and boys with long hair who worship anything from Frank Sinatra to Led Zeppelin. All this under one roof (which is actually a basement of a restaurant). The happening nights are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, when the two famous DJs do their stuff and live gigs are organized with bands like Pin Drop Violence.
