First things First the hotel is beautiful, and the SW Steakhouse was amazing both in surrounding and the food served. Now that being said, the customer service at the Wynn was HORRIBLE. We went to vegas over the weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday.My parents were staying in another room and the connecting rooms that we had requested were not availible, What Ever. Got to the room, cleaned up and went to dinner then went out. The next morning i found that the TV DIDNT WORK, extremely inconveniant. So i walked down stairs back to the registration desk and i told the lady. Instead of appologizing for the inconvience she told me "THE ONLY THING WE GUARANTEE IS A BED TO SLEEP IN". I responded i didnt relize i was staying in a hostel. If your looking to stay at the Wynn and you enjoy a certain level of CUSTOMER SERVICE you will not find it here, restruants excluded. Finally after being out all day our second day we get back to the room after dinner around 9PM and THE MAIDS WERE JUST GETTING TO OUR ROOM (Made sure to take down Privacy sign). If you want to feel taken care of while in Vegas DO NOT STAY AT THE WYNN

There are certain things in life for which "you get what you pay for." In my opinion, Encore in Las Vegas definitely falls into that category “NOT”. For starters, it's billed as a 5 star resort. As such, I had some expectations on the service that I receive. My two stays were less than stellar.

Las Vegas at its best. Breathtaking appearance with a professional level of service to match. Wonderful assortment of 5 star dining and lobster mac and cheese room service! Going back next week and can't wait to play the redesigned Desert Inn golf course : )

This hotel is awesome! The staff is great. The food is unreal. Love the show Le Reve amazing, Went right around the corner and took pole dance lessons with my friends also what a great ladies weekend!

I had the best 4 days at the Wynn I have ever had in 12 years of going to Vegas from Honolulu. The staff were excellent, the room service was professional and supurb. The food arrived hot!!! I enjoyed every minute. The only thing I could even remotely complain about is having to leave.

I chose the Wynn on the advice of my travel agent. This was my 15th wedding anniversary. The day of my anniversary, we had an uninvited guest show up on the purchase food tray. When we notified the hotel, they were non apologetic and not very concerned. After pressing for a room change, we were relocated only to have another room that had a leaky shower, non-working lights and wet footprints on the floor. To top it all off, the hotel management, in an effort to offer some closure, provided my wife and I with a chocolate boat, placed strategically on the table next to the food tray. Needless to say, any food left out in a non refrigerated location was not consumed by either my wife or I , nor did we patron any of the restaurants for fear of the roaches. You know the old saying, "Where there is one cockroach, there are others to follow."

Stayed here for my 40th Birthday. Didi much research and chose the Encore. Dissappointing to say the least. Condom wrappers on carpet, mirrors filthy and the list goes on. Staff didn't care I guess if you choose not to flaunt your wealth you get treated like garbage. I had read that you had to dress to impress to get service there, didn't believe it but turns out it was true..

Hotel is very nice, check in and out was fast and easy. We arrived early ...around 2:00 p.m. and our room was ready. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was nice and very comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel in relation to other casinos...walking distance or quick cab ride. I would recommend the hotel and will definately go back again.

cant go wrong with Wynn. its also very close to Pole Worx which is phenominal for ladies night out excursions in vegas. i believe its poleworx.com
