The Meridian has been voted as the ‘Best Rock Venue’ by the Houston Press in 2005. It is located close to the Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston and can accommodate over a 1000 revelers. Grab a bite and a few drinks at the Red Room lounge or play pool and video games. The Blue Room is where the stars regale large enthusiastic crowds. DJS like Paul Oakenfold and RJD2 and the punk star Patti Smith have performed here. You can also host your private party at the VIP Room behind the stage. Parking is available on the nearby streets.

A Great Private Party and Concert Venue
I was at a corporate party there last week and it was amazing. The venue also boasts an impressive list of concert performers.
