I was completley astounded by the lack of customer service they had here. the hostess did not greet us she just walked by us a bunch of times with a nasty look on her face. When we finally got seated about 15 minutes went by and noone came we finally has to leave beause we were so hungry. When i spoke to the manager about the situation her response was well what do you want me to do about it? her attitude tells me a lot about the attitude of her employees. At 15.00 a plate in a struggling economy i would expect more then that?

Las Vegas is one of my favorite places to travel and on my last trip I went to the House of Blues. Everything was perfect, amazing food, atmosphere, staff, and value. Everyone that worked there was helpful and friendly. Plus the price I paid seemed very low for how much I got and how great the experience was.
