my friend and I went to charlotte for the weekend. the staff was very nice. the room very clean. I read the negative reviews and must say I did not experience any problems. I am used to staying at four and five stars hotels, this one was nice enough. the location was wonderful. would go back and plan to in December.

a truly AWFUL experience, horribile customer service, just an overpriced awful place to stay. better off in a Days Inn rather than this place.

a truly AWFUL experience...horrific customer service and the air conditioning didn't work in any of our 3 rooms!! it was the middle of June! just an overpriced awful place to stay. better off in a Days Inn rather than this place.

First, the parking is so tight that you can't hardly fit you car in a spot. They don't tell you that it's 8.00 to park your own car not to mention that you have to walk forever to get to a elevator. The price of the hotel room was more that what they said. When we got to the room, I took a shower and went to get out and the floor was filled with water. We paid over 200.00 dollars for one night. I will never stay here again

Bring your own coffee; I drink close to a gallon a day and have for 40 years now, but the coffee at the Omni was in fact the very worst I've ever encountered in my whole life. MY WHOLE LIFE! Even in England I was able to find a better a cup of joe.

First time stay at the Omni and must say it was comfortable and pleasant..Front desk staff was informative and helpful and very professional as well as the room service staff. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Lunch was fair but morning breakfast was on time and excellent! If there was a need to stay down town again, I would nbot hesitate to stay once again at the OMNI-Thank You for a comfortable stay

while the Omni is in a great location, i had a bad experience with the level of customer service i've received here. i ordered chicken alfredo off the late night menu, and they showed up to my door with a sandwich and said they don't offer the alfredo dinner. if that's true, then why is it on the menu? it took me almost an hour to get my car from valet on a friday around 6pm.. there was no line or anything. i also received a lot of attiude from the front desk. most of the furniture in my room was broken. i didn't have an iron to iron my clothes and they wouldn't give me another one. house cleaning made the beds, but they didn't provide us will clean towels, soap, or toilette paper. when i called the front desk about it, they said they would take care of it with no positive result. i give this hotel a "1" star rating!!

When ever i am in the Queen City of Charlotte i will stay no where but the Omin. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are great and clean. Select Guest are treated with special care and service. You can park your car and walk to anywhere you want to. The Omin in Charlotte got it going on.

I am writing as an agent. My clients came back extremely happy, and commented on the great staff and super accomodations. They had an executive King. I sent a welcome gift and the staff handled it perfectly. When my clients go back to Charlotte they said they will definately stay there again!

If the hotel sucked any worse it would be called the vacuum. The service was terrible. Because of some "mishap" it took me 45 minutes to get my car three times! My bed had a strange brown stain on it, and there was a mysterious wet spot on the floor. Anyone associated with this hotel should be ashamed, and may god have mercy on their soul.
