We arrived very early morning and were checked in. No extra cost for night. Very pleasant. Had flowers with me, service desk offered vase and had it delivered to room.

Truly,this was the most awful and terrible experience I have had in my 5 years traveling to Buenos Aires. The hotel is to say the least the dirtiest and the worst service establishement I have seen. The rooms have AC that do not work. The rugs are dirty and seem that they have not been clean in years. The smell coming out of the beds and mattress are terrible. We were moved three times in 5 days and truly I do not recommend the stay for anyone thinking of coming here. Stay away and go anywhere else but here. This was a terrible experienc for my wife and I on our honeymoon!! From 1-10 I rate this hotel a 2. The location although was not bad.

The location is excelent, as well as the hotel staff. It has a great pool, with fitness, solarium and spa areas. It is located in one of the nicest, most trendy and hip areas in the city of Buenos Aires, with a very exciting night life. The views are amazing, the park, the church and the Recoleta cementery give it an enchanting feeling...

My husband and I stayed at the Etoile Hotel in Buenos Aires. He is in a wheelchair and the room, the accesibility, the service...everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for handicapped persons.
