Depending on the season, diners can expect to satisfy their hunger with dishes such as Caramelized foiegras accompanied with spiced fig bread and fine zucchini slices, Mallorcan guinea fowl kebab in vegetable boil, truffel boullion and foiegras ravioli, or maybe the Roasted Mallorcan suckling pig, which is bathed in caramelized peach and mango terrine, Iberian lentils and tarragon sauce. For dessert choose among the Orange flan, chocolate cake and cinnamon sorbet or tapioca pearls.
