Heaven with a twist
Spent last week of September in Mallorca and discovered Rossinis by accident. Tried several dishes over the week eating here four times. Cooked to perfection from the sole to the carbonara. Had Fillet steak twice was superb except that the second time it was sirloin - like we wouldn't notice - no matter still good if a bit disappointing. Be prepared to wait as it's all individually cooked it's worth it and not at all like the sausage and chips around.
