This annual festival is held on the 20th of January in honor of the patron saint of Mallorca, and features a range of activities. Though the day starts out with a somber mass, it soon moves on to colorful processions and parades through the streets. During these, two dancers known as cavallets perform a traditional dance with wooden horses. Later on in the evening, you can catch some of the best fireworks on the island by the promenade.
