The hotel was outstanding! the staff was wonderful! had directions on hand for anywhere you want to go!!! centrally located! EXCELLENT views from the rooM! extremely comfy bed!! flat screen tv in the room! the pool is heated and you can sun bathe at all times during the day (the sun is never blocked). the pool is also heated! i can just go on and on about this hotel!!! worth every penny!! the grocery mart has EVERYTHING! resonably priced (excluding the liquor haha). open 24hrs.

I stayed here for a week during a convention. They had my reservations incorrect. I was using 2 credit cards. One business for the first 5 days and 1 personal for my last day stay. It took 3 times to get them (including involving a manager) to get the billing correct. When I returned, I found the largest charge billed inccorrectly to my personal card (again) When I called to get it corrected, the acctg person put me on hold (not an 800#) for 20 minutes..I am still holding. I would never go back. There are many other hotels close to the Convention Center for far less dollars and better service I would guess.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip. I must say that the staff was very helpful and the conference rooms were very mordern. It is close to several Orlando parks. I am planning my 2009 vacation with my girlfriend to Orlando and I will be booking this hotel. Great Place!!

Stayed their on my trip to seaworld. Had a great time. Will stay again!! The room was clean the staff was very friendly. This hotel should be four stars.

This hotel is amazing! we got to stay on the top floor and the veiw... was breathtaking! I hope I'm able to go back to Orlando soon and stay here again. It was clean, people were freindly, the pool was large and nice. What Fun!

Let me just start off by mentioning that we arrived there after a very long drive from Chicago. We switched rooms 3 times. They were all out of king sized beds...even though we had reserved it, so they gave us a handicapped room, which is totally fine, but there was mold on the shower grout of the floor. Yes, black mold! Twice. Finally, by the third room, we decided to settle because we were both exhausted. There are the usual mysterious carpet stains and the like, but the worst thing about it all...the beds are ridiculously stiff. If your a side sleeper..forget it. If you lie on your back, you will wake up feeling as if you were placed on a hanger in the closet.

The Rosen Centre Hotel have now for over a month ago made several draws on my bank for ??? Aften over 9 mails where I have asked for what the charges may bee, I still haven´t got an answer. Is it only this lousy attitude towards turists from Europa? Regarding money a professional hotel in Europe would not have this 3.world mangement.

Everything is poor overthere, starting from the hotel, to the service, etc.... DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is no service, no attention to customers, really needs to take lessons from Ritz Carlton if they want to enter the big league hotels.

i havent actually been yet but from my friends and collegues at work i have heard it is a fantastic place to stay its very spacious.... you get lovely views of the pool from some rooms.. the staff are helpful and freindly overall i think it sounds like a hotel from heaven haha but yes were going to florida next year me my mum and my step dad and we are hopefully gonna stay at this hotel from what we've heard its fantastic
