Santa Fe Brewing Company is a one stop destination if you are interested in knowing more about the making and tasting of beer. The brewery uses custom made vessels and open fermentors to brew the beer. From humble beginnings, the Santa Fe brewery has expanded into a major beer churning plant. Guided tours are available on Saturdays and those above the age of 21 can sample the ale in the their tasting rooms. The non-smoking Pub & Grill next door offers traditional pub fare and varieties of fresh chilled beer. So popular is the Santa Fe Brewing Company, the brewpub is frequently rented out to host weddings, birthday parties and business meetings—apart from the live music, beer and wine fests that take place regularly.
