Back to New Orleans Museum Of Art Blue Dog Exhibit Fantastic Went to the Museum last weekend for the first time since Hurricane Katrina. It is beautiful. I am a Blue Dog fan and the George Rodriquez' Blue Dog exhibit is fantastic. The exhibit includes work before the Blue Dog emerged as well as recent work. They say they have about 200 pieces of his work on exhibit. The exhibit is only there until June 8, 2008 so be sure and go see it. Also plan on spending some time in the Sculpture Garden which is outside the Museum.

Reviewed by: Barry from on Sep 22 2007 Great place to visit I am a fan of art- particularly paintings (impressionism, etc.) and I enjoyed the variety of artists with their varying styles. I could have spent all day there were it not for my husband who is not all that "artistically cultured."
