You people have no idea!
First of all I would like to say that I cannot believe all the negativity here about the CN tower 360 restaurant. You people feel that you should be treated as kings and queens when it comes to stuff like this. "oh my food was cold when it arrived", "the veggies tasted rubbery", get over yourselves! If you felt like it wasn't your place to be, then why didn't you just get up and leave?

Chilly experience
Made reservation and waited in elevator line for 30 minutes and another 30 minutes in very small lobby to be seated 45 minutes after reservation. Felt rushed with order and food. Prices for food seemed high, maybe its due to the height the food was served ;) Air conditioning malfunctioned and we froze the last 30 minutes of our meal. They should have at least compted some coffee to keep us warm. I wish management would have addressed this issue, it made our dinner out for celebrating our 29th anniversary a less than memorable experience.

Will Not Go Back
Six of us wanted to celebrate my dad's 65th birthday in a unique way. We live in the GTA and have not been up the tower in many years nor have we ever eaten in the 360 restaurant. View is spectacular. Service is poor. Reservation staff very snooty and waiter seemed inconvenienced. Took over an hour for food service and arrived COLD at the table. Terrible food, probably the worst I have EVER had. Had the potential to be okay if it had at least been warm. Must consider the trip up the tower in overall price - all things considered - pretty good value for the overall experience - just don't go there for the food alone. You will be very disappointed.

if only food can be improvised
the revolving restaurant is great and you sit back and see the whole place unfolding like a slow picture and the views are beautiful. if only they can find some body to improvise the food then the whole experience will be everlasting since the charges were on the higher side for a restaurant food can be made tasty rather than you nibble at it without much choice.

View great but food bad and overpriced!
The view is great and the experience is generally good. Unfortunately the food is very disappointing. The food was cold, the portions were small and generally it was not good.

Go later in the day for no lines
I went to the tower on a Wednesday around 5:30pm. There was NO ONE there. I had made an online reservation for the 360 Restaurant and was able to immediately go in. After walking through security where they blow air on you. Then you check in for the restaurant. You walk to the elevator where they take a picture of you (which they then try to later sell for $20 CND). The elevator is quick and my ears did not pop.

Truly Superb
It was one of the best meals and experiences. The best chicken I have ever tasted and phenomenal views at 1151 ft above the ground looking over Toronto. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Made me feel very special on my birthday.
