Café St Honoré offers diners all the cheery and exciting elements of eating French. Thanks to a décor which recreates the look of a Parisian brasserie and food which exudes French chic, this place has retained a loyal following. If your conscience will give you a day off, indulge in a yummy, but waist-expanding dessert. The food is suitably French: rich and sumptuous, and good enough to appear in many a good food guide. The wine list is short, but closer inspection reveals many gems. By day this is a besuited, city establishment. By evening it's a romantic, candlelit kind of place. The former incarnation is a smart place to impress or be impressed over a business lunch. The latter, using its tucked-away location to good effect, affords a quiet place to be with a loved one. Contrary to the Parisian theme, this is a no-smoking restaurant.
