the only reason i even knew this club was on was because my cousin who i was staying with goes there. I'm from London and although i always thought we had the best clubs in the county, i was proven to be wrong. utter gutter is BY FAR the best club i have ever been to in my life. the music is amazing, lots of electro but happy and a bit dirty as opposed to dark and moody (a la nag and circus).It has that unique vibe that is cool without being up its own arse. loads of cute gay boys and girls i have to say (even though I am gay, the girls were hot - my cousin being one..sorry couz lol). If you want an alternative, cooler gay experience in glasgow give the 'gay village' a miss and head here instead. outfits (one guy was dressed as an spanish opera singer) are off the wall. I was in jeans and trainers and didnt feel out of place. Yes - and i pulled.lol. I think it's the first Saturday of every month. ten outta ten

What a great night out. Both for the Scottish dancing and the club nights which follow. The new Gay night Utter Gutter on the third friday of the month is a fabulous alternative to the Glasgow gay scene. Congratulations to the management for a great club.

Casual and friendly. Great music. Any one and every one will have a wonderful time dancing and socialising. Ideal for taking non-Scottish folk to experience a ceilidh. Enjoy!
