On the positive side, the front desk staff were extremely helpful in providing info on where to eat, what to see, arranging car service, etc. Also, the location was convenient for getting around.

no ac, the hotel is going thru a remodel, however most is not done. these rooms are old, used and ugly. the sink did not drain, had to flush the lou twice and it is so close to the sink you bang your knees into the sink when your sitting down. its been so long since these rooms have been updated that u still get a key on a large brass hook they keep for u behind the front desk. a new room was offered to me, it did have the modern keycard and was new, however it was in the back of the hotel with a doormer window about 2' x 3' overlooking many nice roofs. i would have had to move small table and chair to walk around the bed and open the little window which was going to be the only air in the room. i couldnt imagine sleeping in a room that small, and without ac no way. i strongly recommend you choose a diferrent hotel in copenhagen. if you book like i did beleaving that because its a le meridien it will be a good choice you will be sorry.

I used to really love this hotel. It used to be the only one we stay at when we are in Copenhagen over night.

My wife and I really love this hotel. It is the only one we stay at when we are in Copenhagen over night. Great location, rooms with excellent views, and the history of the hotel is extremely interesting. he staff is always friendly and helpful, and they do their best to upgrade repeat visitors.
