Maison Dupuy Tres Bon!
Just stayed here end of June and it was great! Rates were more than competitive and received service that was superb! Room Service even called back after a meal to see if everything was fine. Close enough to walk the French Quarter but far enough away to be calm and quiet!

Enjoyed our stay
We upgraded our room to a balcany & would recommend doing so. Our room was quite nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the water pressure in the shower was great. Clean & comfortable hotel. Close to all the action of Bourbon but far enough away to get some sleep. Front desk could use classes in friendliness and the concierge was a little distracted. Awoke the first morning to a worker POUNDING on the concrete pillar next to our balcany as Dominque's restaurant was changing into another (can't remember the name) but otherwise, our stay was very nice. Be sure to stop in to Fahys Irish Pub across the street. Great place to unwind and relax after a long day of touring and/or partying. You'll be treated like one of the locals. Make sure to pet Gleason & tell all the bartenders Crickett & Stuart said hello & we miss them!

pretty good for the money
We generally liked this hotel and its location. I thought it was very cute, and the courtyard looked very nice. I wish the weather would've been nice enough to enjoy it and the pool.

Not going back!
Not a horrible place to stay but the rooms are NOT as lavish as the internet and photos portray! We stayed in the King Deluxe and the room was VERY small and the furniture was old. The walls were white and bland and dirty carpet. They will not turn the heat on unless its under 40 degrees outside and the breakfast buffet they advertise is only open if its full occupency. Then there is the fancy bathroom they try to impress you will on the internet! HAHA this was a joke! The bathtub is OLD and there was NO water pressure. I mean it was a trickle at best not to mention hardly any hot water! The only thing positive was the courtyard is beautiful as was the lobby. Other than that I have NO reason to want to go back!

NOT A FABULOUS STAY
We were very much looking forward to our romantic getaway but, unfortunately, a series of unfortunate experiences caused by your hotel, caused this weekend to be ruined.

Fabulous location in the "Quarter", nice courtyard and rooms with balcony. The service was prompt and friendly as well as helpful. All of our needs were accommodated. The prices were reasonable

Quaint, quite, and close
This is a quaint hotel just 2 blocks from all the action on Bourbon Street. Room was small but nicely decorated and recently renovated. No signs or smells of Katrina aftermath here! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Eggs Benedict and coffee in the hotel Bistro were quite a treat on a rainy morning. Overall good hotel for the price. Parking at $24 a day was a little steep however.

I probably won't go back.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed between December 7th, and 11th, 2006. The location is a little bit away from everything, but not too far. The staff was very nice, and the room was also nice and clean. But the main thing that we wanted to do was to use the beautiful courtyard to relax and have some wine, and also use the jacuzzi. In the 4 nights there, we could never use either. There was weddings going on every night, and the courtyard and jacuzzi was closed to hotel guests. It felt like I was staying at a banquet hall. The nice bar was also closed for receptions, etc. We brought this up to management, and first they said they would give us a free breadfast for our trouble, ane then they said that they couldn't. Then they gave us some drink tickets, which the bar would not redeem. I go the New Orleans to enjoy the courtyards, and not being able to use it us unacceptable to me. There are too many other places to stay, and places where they put the hotel guest first.
