love the views, customer service and love the breakfast, the beach was very nice and clean, rooms got an exelent views to the ocean, I cant describe it was a beautiful expirience!

Beautiful hotel located on Lido, a 15 minute leisurely boat ride to Venice that leaves on the hour at the hotel's private dock. For those who don't mind the extra ride, it is a nice escape from the busy-ness of Venice but close enough to easily travel back and forth. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious standard room with a slight view of the beach. We had the "Heavenly" king size bed and it was quite comfortable.

The hotel has the biggest rooms I have ever seen in Europe. We had 2 adjoing rooms. Each room had ample closet space and beautiful bathrooms. The public areas could use a bit of updating, especially the breakfast area. We were there during their heat wave. Our rooms were very nicely air conditioned. The hotel is at Lido, but had frequent complimentary shuttles to Venice. It was nice to go sightseeing in Venice and come back to relax at the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again. Oh, one thing the hotel didn't have was a spa, which was very disappointing.
