Back to Grand Hotel Villa Medici Florence Splendor Wonderful hotel with good rooms, pleasant staff however i thought it was a little too expensive and a little far from the center of town.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jun 07 2006 Overpriced dumpo!!! Although in a decent location the hotel is dated and is desperatley in need for a refurb. I stayed here on my honeymoon as it was the best value 5 star hotel. We even had the room in the brochure...old, dated and seedy. Look around Florence has many new , clean boutique hotels for the same money or less...
