A beautiful landscaped garden created 150 years ago by the Marquess of Loring, it's home to 5000 different plants, labelled with their scientific Latin names. It was declared a heritage site in 1943 and is now owned and managed by the local authority under the auspices of the City of Málaga Municipal Botanical Society. It opened to the public in June 1994 and is a special place that's well worth visiting.
