Nice place
I like that it is close to the central station - easy to access from the airport.

Oh my goodness, awsome!
It was so beautiful but I went on the glass elevator and I'm afraid of heights so I'm not doing that again but otherwise excelent!

Okay Hotel, but Expensive
Dislikes were: (i) front desk service, which was just the check-in and check-out, came with attitude, possibly because clerks were young and saw that I was an American, (ii) the Irish bar connected to the lobby did not look very inviting, (iii) the hotel was pretty large and impersonal (without character), and (iv) hotel's location is a hike to downtown attractions (eg, palace). Likes were the view from my high-floor room, the nice bar on or near the top floor (service was better there than at front desk), and proximity to train station.

Definetly Going Back
This hotel is the best ive been to norway twice i wasnt impressed with the previous hotel, then i tried sas oslo plaza, the staff are friendly and helpfull im trying to get this hotel for a longer stay. this hotel is a bit expensive comparing to the other but you get what you pay for! this is most likely one of the best hotels in oslo centre!! its literally next door to the bus station and a beautifull view from the hotel rooms

We are never coming back!!!
We disliked this place because we never got any service and when we did the employee's were very disrespectful. Our beds were never made and when we called the front desk nobody answered. So if you are thinking about staying here, we suggest you to reconsider.

If it only had a good gym
Highly recommend it except for the fact that for its size and price, it should have a gym for those of us that take exercising seriously.

Best hotel in my life
I have been living in hotels all around Europe, North Africa and The Middle East for the last 15 years. Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel, Oslo, Norway is, at the moment (2005), the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The service is excellent! In 2004 they further updated a lot of common rooms to let you feel like a king and queen also in the cheapest rooms :) You get a wonderful view over most of the Norwegian capital from the hotel. It's also close to shops, resturants and night life and only a few meters from the main infrastructure like the train-, bus and taxi station. I can definitely recommend it to everyone, both individuals and families :)

quick stop
My mother and i had a layover in oslo for a night,so we went to look for a hotel. We were walking in the heart of oslo and found the radisson sas hotel. We approched the fornt desk clerk and asked for availability's in norwegian and they told us they were fully booked. We then proceeded to tell them that all we had was american cash, then she then went to get her manager who then proceeded to get us a room with no problem. So i guess they appriciate the american dollar but are quick to judge.
