Opened just over a year ago, this has become one of the busiest restaurants on the island thanks to the publicity it has received. It is built on the site of an old traditional villa that belonged to one of the island's most important families, the Matutes. It has outstanding views of San Antonio bay, and the decor is pleasing. The level of gastronomy shot up after they hired one of the best chefs on the island. They have some French specialities, although basically they serve very elaborate international cuisine. They are open all year round, although it is quite difficult to get a table at the weekends, and in summer it is almost impossible unless you book in advance. The desserts are exquisite. The café is open all day, and sometimes they organize concerts.
