I stayed at the Avenida for a week during the World Masters Track and Field Championship. The hotel was clean and reasonable and the service was good. They had a Internet hot spot available in the lobby and served a very nice buffet breakfast that was included in the price. There is an excellent Basque restaurant next door that is one of the best in the city. The hotel not in the center of the action but is close to the bus lines. It's probably best if you have a car. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
