Don't think we'll stay here again.....
They charged us for 2 nights instead of one, they wont tell you that they do this for incidentals. Only option of parking was $30 valet, so after you supply a tip for each guy that comes along its more like $50. Called guest services to complain about noise in the hallways (chatty young girls, partiers, etc.) and nobody ever answered. We tried every hotel contact on the phone & nobody answered any of the lines. The hotel was so busy with meeting groups, a wedding, baseball fans and general traffic you couldnt walk through the lobby without getting bumped around by another guest. The room we got was small, but good enough for 1 night. The room was small but good enough for 1 night, for 2. The hotel was so busy it was like a circus. You had to wait in line every time for the elevator & sometimes for the front door too. It was real central to the historic district & other Philly attractions (Geno's, stadiums, etc) but not sure it's worth the hassle.

$30 PARKING...GROSS EXPERIENCE
To celebrate our anniversary, i decided to buy concert tickets to Donna Summer in Atlantic city for my hubby who loves her. Instead of use driving the 3 hours home i decided to book a room here since it was supposed to be very very nice and in the shopping district. The first problem started was when we spent an hour trying to find the place @ 5am. The directions were horrible and out GPS had us somewhere in a very rough part of town. We finally arrived about 5:30am and went to check in. The girl at the desk gave us our room. we asked where we could park. She then informed me that there was no where to park and that we had to pay a $30 A DAY PARKING FEE!!! WTF??? This was not where on their website and when i called to find out info at the hotel i was not told this over the phone...Otherwise i would have stayed somewhere else. SO BE PREPARED TO ADD $30 A DAY TO THE BILL!!! Extremely tired We made our way to the room. When we entered the room it looked clean, however, my husband went into the bathroom and found the soap opened and used a really wet towel on the sink along with several strands of long wet black hair in the sink. Thinking that maybe someone maybe forgot to clean the sink (which was really not acceptable) we called and asked if someone could bring up clean soap and towels and to have the sink cleaned. As we waited I proceeded to put on my pjs so i could hit the sack. WARNING: VERY DIGUSTING DETAILS NEXT My husband pulled back the covers for me and i was about to jump in when he stopped me....under the sheets were the several of the little same black hairs and 2 HUGE Fresh Yellow Stains( and i won't say from what). I wanted to vomit! Someone (prob an employee) had did their business in our room and left! Totally disgusted and angry...my husband said No WAY and went downstairs to get our room changed. The girl at the front desk just used her script of " I am sorry for the inconvinience" Excuse me...I aimost jumped in the bed where someone just had sex! There was also two tissues in the trash can next to the bed. It made my skin crawl and it because it was 6am i was too tired to leave and take the two hour drive home. Management about the situtation was a joke and thought that the situation was funny!!! He took a BS 50% off the room. After you add the $30 parking fee and the experience we should have just drove the 3 hours home. NEVER AGAIN!

I did purchase our room through Priceline, so I feel like we got what we paid for.

MICE IN ROOM AND VALET DOES NOT CHECK ID AT DOOR
I booked three rooms for extended family for a wedding. One of the rooms has MICE. The website advertised "parking" which is true, but nowhere on the website does it state only valet parking available at $30 day. We brought 2 vehicles so $60 unexpected daily added to our hotel bill. The valet service provided us wth a claim tag with a number to call from the room to obtain your car and that was the only time we identified ourselves. When we got to the street they just handed us the keys and we were not asked for the claim tag, so anyone could have driven our new car away. One day the car was left in drive with the keys out. When we got in it wouldnt start until we put it in park first. Anyone who would like to keep their vehicle should not park it at this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never written a review before and usually do not complain quickly, but these situations are not trivial complaints but serious, especially with mice in your room.

Hotel that thinks it's a B&B
The service was very friendly and accommodating. Jim McCabe, the bellman, made us feel right at home in Philadelphia and was extremely helpful. Everyone from the waiter in the restaurant to the valet parking attendants couldn't have been better. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere here is more like a good B&B than a Center City hotel. We'll stay there again!

Great Price, Fantastic Service, Wonderful Location, Beautiful Hotel & Rooms!
We stayed at the Warwick radisson last year the week of 4th of July and loved it! The staff was fabulous and the hotel was immaculate and beautiful. We stayed again this year for teh week of the 4th and I was thrilled with all of the renovations! The rooms look refreshed, more modern and all are equipped with 32 inch plasma tv's!! Not to mention that Rittenhouse Square is located right behind it. It was wonderful to spend our days siteseeing, go out to eat, and return back to the hotel for an evening walk aound Rittenhouse Square. The staff are a true testiment to what customer service should be everywhere you go. No matter what my question was or what I needed, they wnet ut of their way to make it happen and never gave off the impression that it was an inconvenience. Our first night there we were placed into a room that was what we had asked for (King bed/Sleep Number) but it appeared smalled then the one we had lst year. When I inquired about it, the response was that since this hotel had once been a residence, the room size varied. So they check through their computer and ound us a larger room without any hesitation!! *Here's a secret tip* if you want one of the largest rooms they have for people staying in the king sized bed rooms, ask for an 05' room. On every floor there is an 05' room (For example-705,805,905 etc.) These rooms, because of their positioning, are a little larger then the others. You can request one when checking in and ifthey don't have it, just ask for a larger room and they will make it happen :o) Parking is 28$ for parkin deck conected to the hotel an 32$ for valet as of our stay 7/2/07-7/6/07 *Free Internet was extremely helpful!! We always bring our laptop, but there are computers just off the lobby if you need to use one* Hope this helped!!

The Rittenhouse Square Grande Dame Has Still Got It!
We stayed at the Warwick over the weekend while staying in Philadelphia at the end of February. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located ~ it is right next to Rittenhouse Square, known for its shopping and beautiful architecture.

Overpriced
My husband and I just stayed at the Warwick 12/9/06. Paid more than our friends staying elsewhere because I have heard so many good things about the Warwick. The front desk was very cold. No smiles, No hellos. We got to the room and every seam in the wallpaper in the entire room was coming undone. The bed was nice, it was a sleepnumber. But as we lay there we could hear the baby next door screaming and her parents trying to comfort her--very thin walls, but the place is very old. The bathroom was not bad, but there was mildew on the tub. We went out and got back very late and our key would not work in the door so we had to go all the way down to the front desk only to have the girl say, "oops, here you go" and hand us another one. No apology. Would I stay here again? No, our friends stayed at the Windsor and their room was large and beautiful with a kitchen and large bath and paid $60 less!
