I stayed at Madrid Palace hotel this winter and I loved the old style which is combined with the modern technology. Especially the art.neavou-like decoration of the great lobby of the hotel and the rooms give an unforgettable feeling of richness and delightfullness...

This is a great spot, however, Madrid has many great hotels. If you are looking for style, good food and a chance to meet young people from around the world, then this is the place to be.

When we first got there, the front desk guy (who looked a little untrustworthy) claimed that my credit card wouldn't go through. Like he was hoping I would pay in cash. I called my bank (Chase) and there was no propblem. I used my card at a nearby restaurant and it worked fine. I tried my card at the hotel the next morning with a different guy and it worked fine. But other than this, the hotel was excellent. Don't think of staying anywhere else. No problems at all. PERFECT location. Great breakfast.

First of all, the service and food is exceptional. From the minute you check in , you are treated as though you are the most special guest in the hotel, even though I wasn't. The food in La Rotonda restaurant was unfailingly superb, along with the waitstaff. The bar makes a cocktail like no other. The location couldn't be better, whether you are a museum devotee, like I am, or love to wander the Plazas and gardens. Plus, even though they host lots of conferences, they seem to take special care of guests like myself, who arrived sans husband with two sons and a nephew. Superb hotel in every way. Did I mention the exquisite hotel furnishings and atrium?

i likes that it was a five star hotel but that we got it for cheap . i went for about 2400.00 dollars a person which included airfair, the hotel, and food,eating, entertainment ect. over all i think it was a wonderful trip and that i would go back any day.

This was a wonderful serendipity. We did not have a place reserved in Madrid and our reservationist suggested the Palace Hotel. It was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. The room was beautifully appointed and everything was spotless. The food and the service was good. It was a perfect location for sight seeing the museums. We will stay there if we ever get back to Madrid.

One of the best experience in Spain. Best location possible in Madrid, and one of the most beautiful biuldings in the city. Superb service. Westin brand you can depend on as usual.

i like everything about the hotel.it was pleasure to be there and i hope so i will return as soon as i can :)) the hotel was big and so ...cool :)) i was alone in but next time i will be with my mum and dad :)
