Leisureland is located in Salthill, just minutes from Galway city center, with views of Galway Bay and the hills of Co. Clare. It contains swimming facilities and outdoor amusement facilities, such as a playground, slides, a miniature train and "crazy" golf. The swimming pool contains a Treasure Cove section, water-spouting serpents and a jacuzzi where adults can relax while toddlers play nearby in the beach pool. For the more adventurous there is a 65m waterslide. Wheelchairs can be wheeled into the pool area straight from the car park. There is also a small café that overlooks the pool, where you can sit and enjoy a snack or meal after a swim. Public access times vary; ring the center before setting out.
