Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris, former chefs of the Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton have started this restaurant the Prairie Grass Café serving contemporary American cuisine. The wood top tables with no table cloth complement the contemporary and casual décor. Private and semi private rooms are also available.
