The slightly out-of-the-way location makes this groovy lounge an unlikely hipster hangout, but city types trek here to dine with Kendall Square techies and neighborhood old-timers. Everyone comes to B-Side Lounge for the creative drinks, funky atmosphere, fried chicken and (no kidding) the free hard-boiled eggs at the bar. The delicious menu, which is far too good to be called 'pub grub', includes Braised Veal Shank and GrilledSsalmon. Details magazine wrote up Joe McGuirk as a great bartender, making him a local celebrity.
