This eatery serves a fairly decent menu, with such dishes as the 'Crescent City' fish sandwich, served on a fresh roll with lettuce, tomato, onions and remoulade sauce. It comes with coleslaw. A Bandera steak sandwich, a grilled, marinated fillet, sliced thick and laid on a toasted french roll with mayonnaise and arugula, is also quite good. This sandwich is served medium rare with a side of mashed potatoes. Décor is meant to invoke a southwestern feel, and includes an open hickory-burning oven.
