The pasta is always fresh and handmade, and the service is friendly and efficient. A good start is the fried calamari or the baked and stuffed clams. Try some Spiedini, a fried mozzarella and bread combination with tomato and basil. Soups include Stracciatella Romana, a chicken consomme with egg and spinach. The delicious Scallopini alla Sorrentina is veal with prosciutto, eggplant and cheese.
