This is one of Flagstaff's most popular places for those of the non-nightclub set, especially those of the vegetarian persuasion. Works by local artists grace the walls, and the menu includes everything from amaranth to tempeh. The outdoor deck is a favorite place to sip an espresso and read, or discuss current events and environmental issues. Remember, this is a laid-back kind of place, so don't expect speedy service.
