i love this place. nice homely atmosphere, and always a good amount of people. and so many options for live music, if music is your thing.

once i got past the egotistical and pretentious scenesters and allowed myself to isolate myself from all the negative vibes i was feeling, things looked up. when the band played with its jam structured riffs and melodies, it was all worth it. the good chis started flowing again...we got elevated to this high place of great vibrations and sounds infused with the the roots and culture of what i thought a lost art...and i wasn't about to ruin my high by looking down at all the presumptuous ants crawling down on the floor of the place...the ones who only saw the music as a background...they never made it off the ground. but we did. maybe someone should remind those scenester ants that it used to be all about the music and not the clothes. maybe they should seriously consider finetuning those little antennaes of theirs so they can remember what music was originally about. kudos to the bar though for recognizing talent in good musicians and more pros for the band in its relaxed jam style playing. word up.
