Overview

Inside this little shop, a scent of chocolate lingers in the air. Behind the glass counter you will see beautiful pralines made from milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate. Belgian chocolate is famous all over the world; Belgian House of Chocolate imports its pralines from that country, from the small Van Collie family business. The Van Collies have been making chocolate of the highest quality for generations. Belgian House of Chocolate also has chocolate for cooking and baking, and flavoured coffees. To get here, take tram 1 to Prinsgatan.

On calling the shop from England and asking them to deliver a box of choc's within Gothenburg (a nearly forgoten fathers day), they were very helpful and spoke perfect English, even writing a card and delivering the present personaly!I have visited this shop in the past and can say that they are the best chocolates ever.

As a local I have this place very close at hand, and if you're coming here I can tell you you're in for quite the experiance. I see belgian chocolate sold cheaply in different stores, but they never are The Real Thing. Luckily, at Belgian House of Chocolate, it is! :D Watch out though, there are alot of different tastes on chocolate, try to find one that You like. My favourite is the white chocolate.
