Overview

Since beer is a basic necessity for some people, the wave of Irish Pubs that started popping up all over Graz a couple of years ago was a welcome development. The numbers mushroomed back then, and they continue to serve a faithful clientele of beer drinkers. The Flann is particularly well appreciated and not surprisingly; food and drink is available in a friendly atmosphere, and on a number of days, guests can enjoy live Irish music or as they catch up on some nice movies.

This place got me from the 1st moment I walked through the doors. I was surprised to fined an Irish barman greeting me then I discovered that most of the staff were Irish. The Menu was full of choice from the usual Irish Breakfast to Spare ribs all priced really good huge portions. The beer was great tasting and the range of drinks was great. Music was a great mixture of Irish rock to old hits. I told there is live music at least once a month but unfortunitly I missed out. Also every live sport is on English League, Champions League etc.

I was accidentally walking in to this bar and from the very first minute I did notice that this place is something special. The food is great the service friendly but not (fortunately) too touristic. Beer tasted fine and music was excellent. 'Undertown ...' was playing. Thank you.
