Room too warm Staff not there when you needed them

The service here is impeccable. I got an email a few days after staying here, asking me how I liked my visit. I complained about the food in the restaurant, and the manager sent me a credit for the food item that I didn't like....along with other perks. Now that's what I call service, and caring for your customers. I will stay nowhere else when I go to Halifax.

It is in the best location with the best resturants and activities near by. If you have a veichle it is by far the best place to get in and out of. more or less if your not from the area stay here its by far the easiest place to axcess everything you want while your visiting halifax.

My family came to visit Halifax, and all three of them were able to stay in one reasonably-priced suite without feeling like they were crammed into a single hotel room. Plus, they were in a central location with a view of the harbour!

The suite was beautiful and service was excellent. They even left chocolates when they heard it was my birthday! The downtown Halifax location was ideal. We were able to walk to the theatre, casino, dozens of excellent restaurants and great shopping! The parking garage was convenient as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The service was great! The rooms were beautiful and I really liked the location. I know that i will be back!
