The Split Crow, a popular pub with a good selection of beer and great food, has been on the go for a quarter of a century, though not always at its present location. Prices for a meal are quite reasonable. Sit outside in the warmer months and watch the people. There's live music every night of the week, and Saturday afternoon matinees with some of the best talent around.

Hi.. I was in Split Crow a year ago.. and i had a great time there, so if the sliding door alow me.. i will go back, coz i have very good memories from the place. And the staff is very friendly and so are the rest off the Canadian people, you got to love them....So all off you whom are in Halifax... go there, u will not regret it.

I was in Halifax a year ago, but the place: Split Crow never left my toughts, coz i have very very good memories from that palce. And if the sliding doors goes in my favior, i will go back.... and a great thanks to the staff.. i have never experiance hospitalety like that..

great on wednesdays, although the place is small, the beer is priced well.
