my wife and i did not like it at all the luggage took 3 hours to arrive at our room even after we asked twice. We also got recommendedto eat at the buffet new years 2006-2007 and got told we had to wear shoes so we went out to buy some once we got there people had thongs on and runners on and the food was below average considering the price and we had to make up the bed ourselves 1 time and clean the room they must of forgot. Overall we will not go back and tell our travel agent not to reccomend it and i guess what hurt the most was the buffet thats what annoyed us the most

Everything seemed to be perfect with our period of time. The hotel had good room, friendly staff and charming city view. Restaurants in the hotel was well-decorated. The food was delicious and diverse, cake was absolutely yummy.

To go to shopping, you just have to turn left, it just takes 3 mins for a walk to the Trang Tien Str. The service is good, the hotel is really clean and beautiful.. I really like this hotel!
