Hilton Waikoloa Village is not convenient. There is no direct access. You must either walk a great distance, or ride a small train (some cars not air conditioned), or a boat - and both you must WAIT for. So, if you have an appointment, you'd better leave EARLY. It may not be to your benefit to pay for valet parking, unless waiting (after you've called ahead - sometimes half-an-hour prior) is not an issue for you!! Restaurants are incredibly expensive, as are the shops (I paid $4.00 for a small bottle of WATER!!! I was thirsty after the hike to my room.) Basically, it's not worth the very expensive price...
