Confirmation and terminal check-in was unclear. Due to this we missed our flight for a very important conference on another island. Customer Service agents in the main terminal where distant and unhelpful. Ticket price was good, however this was not a benefit to us. I would pay more to know which terminal I was at and that I would arrive at my destination

This tour around the big island of Hawaii was the best thing I have done in my 20+ visits to Hawaii! We saw incredible waterfalls, amazing lava flow and absolutely breathtaking scenery! Our pilot was fun and friendly and very informative. I will be back in January and will definitely take this tour again!
