The beautiful, dark wooded interior of this popular drinking spot is dominated by a large oval bar. Around the edge of the room are low, padded benches laid with bolsters and cushions. Fresh flowers provide relief from the dominant shades of cream, beige and dark brown. There is a full cocktail list, plus wines, whiskey, cognacs and cigars. If you want to eat, the short menu offers items such as grated green papaya and dried beef salad and club sandwiches.
