Overview
The four-floor Diamond Department Store is relatively new. Vietnamese come here to do some window-shopping (the prices are higher than elsewhere) and to enjoy the quiet away from the chaotic traffic outside. Inside, a wide variety of wares are on offer including American and Vietnamese brands of clothes, sporting equipment, watches, jewelry, souvenirs, mobile telephones, cosmetics, and washing machines. If you are hungry you can have a walk in to one of the various restaurants or buy something from the little supermarket featuring imported options and prepare it at home.Open Hours

The Lack of English speaking staff lets this centre down, if u r going 2 spend that type of money u do not want 2 repeat yourself over & over trying to explain yourself,also everybody is not built like the locals if u r a bigger size forget it....
Diamond Plaza is a ritzy shop which is almost indistinguishable from those you will see in any Western City. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful but one is left with the impression that what is the point for a Western tourist in traveling to HCMC to see a duplicate of what they already have at home. The shop is pricey even by Western standards, then the surrounding streets are jammed with reasonable priced shops that sell almost all of the merchandise stocked at Diamond Plaza.
