Centrally located across from the beautiful Hyatt Regency Waikiki, this is more than just a collection of shops and restaurants. In addition to the highly browsable collection of specialty stores and eateries, there is live entertainment twice a day. Bands, choral groups, local singers and comics all come here on a regular basis to perform. Needless to say, the atmosphere is always quite festive. We always enjoy strolling through the King's Village Shopping Center. It is so quiet and calm in comparison to more frantic shopping experiences. The specialty shops are full of unique and interesting items. We cherish a wonderful shell ornament we hang every year on our Christmas tree! My daughter and I always book manicures for our first day in Waikiki at the Nail Art salon. What a wonderful way to really feel one is in holiday mode. The girls there are so pleasant. And we get a discount when we go back for our "touch-up" the second week of our holiday. Love the guards on parade and the entertainment on the street for kids.
