I went to Ibiza last year and spent many happy nights at the bar. The staff are very friendly and if you go there enough times they remember what you drink and how you like it (well they did on my second visit). They have a guestbook for your comments which is fun to read. In fact I liked the place so much I will be writing another entry next week. Also by being next to the harbour and at the end of the street of the virgins (that's the english translation) if you sit inside you get a great cooling breeze. They also have tables outside for you to 'people watch'. Have fun there and remember to write in the guestbook.
