This shop specialises in bird's nest and serves light meals and drinks as well. Resembling a fast-food outlet minus the bold colours, it features rows of simple and functional square tables arrayed along the length of the air-conditioned premises. Bird's nest soup, craved by Chinese women for its alleged skin-nourishing powers, comes in several varieties and prices. Dried Scallop Herbal Congee and American Ginseng Jelly are also available.
